Season Standings

Welcome to the thrilling world of the Pacific Canadian Golf Association's Points System! Get ready to embark on an exciting journey as we determine the Season Standings for the 2024 Season.

How It Works

Each week at our tournaments, players will earn points based on their net scores and standings. This system will be in effect from the very first tournament of the year right through to our October 5th event, spanning a total of 26 weeks.

Season Standings

Who will rise to the top and claim their spot in the Season Standings? It's simple – the players who accumulate the most points throughout the year will earn coveted positions from #1 to #10. With prizes up for grabs, every stroke counts!

Here's a handy breakdown of how points are distributed:

  • Division Winners - 25 Points

  • Overall 1st Low Net Score (non-Division Winner) - 18 points

  • Overall 2nd Low Net Score - 15 Points

  • Overal 3rd Low Net Score - 12 Points

Regular vs. Major Tournaments

Not all tournaments are created equal! We've designated some as "Regular" and others as "Major." What's the difference? In Major Tournaments, the points are doubled for all participants, adding an extra layer of excitement and intensity to the competition.

Prizes

It's not just about being the best – it's about being among the top ten! This year, we're extending the prize pool to recognize the top ten finishers for the season, with payouts as follows:

  • 1st place: $550
